D'Angelico EXL-1 DP Wine Red
Price: $955.00
Condition: excellent
Case: original hard
These hollow bodied guitars were originally crafted by renowned luthier John D’Angelico in the 1960's and have recently been re-released as an afforable model! The stair step tailpiece and distinctive headstock with the central finial continue the inconic look of the original and they still offer a warm, woody archtop tone. This one is in great condition for a used instrument with minor swirling to the front and back, but a clean neck, little fretware, and no major dents or dings.
With a slim C-shape neck, medium vintage fretwire the playability is fantastic! It's been recently set up by our in-store luthier with a straight neck and low action.
