Payment

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal at McKenzie River Music; our friendly and knowledgeable staff can guide you through any transaction.

We make every effort to accurately describe the instruments we offer for sale, and are happy to discuss details and answer specific questions by phone with instrument in-hand before you decide to purchase.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank wire transfer, postal money orders and certified checks from a major bank as payment options.

Returns

We offer a 24 hour buyer approval period for shipped items. If you decide not to keep your purchase, the item may be returned for a refund, or exchanged for credit towards another purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All we require is a phone call or email letting us know you will be returning your instrument, and that you make the return as soon as possible without undue delay.

Pack it up with the same care and materials as it came to you, and we will email you a return shipping label, as it will be more cost-effective.

When we receive the instrument back in the same condition it was sent to you, we will issue the refund, minus all actual shipping costs.

If a credit card or Paypal was used for purchase, the actual non-refundable processing fee of 2-3% charged by Visa/Mastercard/Amex/PayPal etc, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Defective, broken, or damaged in transit items will receive an immediate no questions asked 100% refund.

Layaway

MRM is happy to accommodate purchases through our layaway plan under the following agreed upon conditions:

25% down payment, balance to be paid in full within 30 days.

MRM does not provide a set payment schedule. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to make payments and/or payoff the layaway by the expiration date. If the total amount due is not received by MRM on or before the layaway expiration date, we will make a courtesy phone call and email asking for the layaway to be paid in full. After a 3 day grace period, the layaway will be cancelled, the item will be returned to the sales floor, and the deposit plus any additional payments made will be returned to the customer by check minus a 15% restocking fee. An additional 30 days may be granted with another 25% payment if we are notified before the original 30 day due date.
