Policies:
We do our best to accurately describe every instrument we offer. We are primarily working with used instruments so every item is unique. If you have questions, we encourage you to call us — we’re happy to go over any item in detail before you make a purchase.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank wire transfers, and certified checks from major U.S. banks. We use Shopify as our payment portal, and can accept any form of their accepted payment methods.

All consignment sales are final.
These items are listed for sale under an agreement with the consignor and are described with as much detail as possible. Because consignment sales are part of a contractual agreement with a third party, we cannot accept returns on these items.
All consignment instruments are clearly marked as non-refundable in their product descriptions. You can filter for consignment items through our store menu if you prefer to browse only those listings.
Our used instruments are thoroughly inspected and described before listing. If you'd like more information about a used item, feel free to call — we're always happy to provide more details.
Used items are eligible for return under the conditions listed in our Return policy below.
We offer a curated selection of new instruments from trusted builders and manufacturers. These items are eligible for return within our standard approval window. Pricing is set to the manufacturers required pricing guide.

Returning items and Layaway:
-A 48-hour approval period begins once the item is purchased.
-For international shipping, we’ll contact you to confirm shipping costs. You may be invoiced separately or asked to approve a label. For domestic shipping, the cost of the label is included in the shipping and handling portion of the transaction.
-If you decide to return the item, it must be shipped back within the 48-hour window after delivery.
Return shipping labels can be provided for a fee.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
-There is a 5% restocking fee applies to all returns. This allows us to cover all processing fees.
-Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We offer layaway for in-store and phone purchases under the following terms:
-25% down payment.
-Balance due within 30 days.
-No preset payment schedule — it's up to you to pay off the balance on time.
If the layaway is not paid off by the due date, the item will return to the sales floor.
-Your deposit will convert to store credit, valid for 60 days.
-After 60 days, any unused store credit is forfeited.
Online customers should refer to the available Shopify payment plan options at checkout (such as PayPal or Shop Pay Installments). In-store layaway plans are not available through the website, but we are happy to take your call and provide personalized plans through our in-store POS.
